Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with BookMarket. We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely content for any reason, we’re here to assist. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.
Returns
You have ten (10) days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels intact.
Return Process
To start the return process:
- Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
- Send the item to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be covered by us, subject to our assessment of the case.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process the return or exchange. Please allow 48 hours (2 days) for this process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your bank. You will receive an email notification once the return is complete.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (excluding books)
- Gift cards (physical and digital)
For damaged or defective products, contact us using the details below. We’ll arrange a refund or exchange.
Additional Notes
- Sale items are final and not eligible for returns.
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, old, or not in new condition. Returns due to a change of mind are not permitted.
