Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within the specified time frame.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Prepare the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different book or edition), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
